The iPad presentation on 5/7 said the new iPad Pros would be available next week. I ordered one (11”) and it won’t be available until 6-17 the earliest. That is 5 weeks! The larger iPad had the same arrival time. What gives? Anyone in the know?
iPad Pro (6th generation)
I pre-ordered a 13-inch iPad Pro Wi‑Fi + Cellular 2TB with nano-texture glass in Space Black on 5/7/2024. I received the pencil pro and magic keyboard on 5/15/2024 but I'm still waiting on Apple to process my iPad Pro. My expected delivery is June 7-14. Pretty disappointing I received the pencil and keyboard almost two weeks ago, but my iPad is still a couple weeks out. I really hope they ship it out soon.
Thanks for your input regarding this topic. I opted to forego the screen nano and purchase the PaperLight screen protector which feels like paper. I had this on my first iPad Pro and it was excellent. This made the receipt of my M4 weeks sooner. I’ve had it now for a couple of weeks and love it. A few great videos out on items to change in settings and I recommend watching them. Good tips and an introduction to some new features. Thanks again.

I bet you remember when the prizes in Cracker Jacks were kind of cool, too. The ring that was a whistle was always my favorite. It was made of actual metal. They now sell for $50 on eBay.
I canceled my initial order of the dark one thru AT&T as I decided I wanted the silver instead. And I dropped the nano covered glass option as well after watching some reviews on it. Mine is the 2TB Model.
Also had to exchange the black keyboard for a silver one from a local Apple Store to match the new iPad.
Purchased the new Apple pro pen too.
Grabbed a new USB-C to SD Card Reader to upload all the photos I have on dozens of memory cards.
My ship date moved up a few weeks now,probably because of dropping the nano covering. Expected ship date is now July 12th. Reordered on June 8th.
We shall see how close to that date they come.
Did you order with the nano-texture display? Shipping dates on those have been extended a bit.
Regardless, the delay may have something to do with the specific config in your order.
This waiting game is too hard . Lol
today jun8th, so far no change on order status.
