watchOS 10.4 Won't "Download and Install" - just spinning wheel.
I have tried to download the watchOS update and the watch is forcing me to use my phone to update it; which is a terrible method to be forced to do to update the watch.
So the phone just spins and spins, and won't allow me to click "download and install". It just spins and spins.

Is your Apple Watch and iPhone being charged and connected to the same Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth is also enabled?

Did you try to restart both devices and start the update process again?
In case you are using a VPN, disabled it.
