How do I remove "Find My" from an iPad without knowing the Apple ID?

Hello,

The problem is actually already described in the title.

The iPad pro is defective, i.e. it can no longer start up.

However, the support company cannot replace the necessary parts because "where is" is still active.

But I can't disable "where is" because the ipad is probably connected to a different Apple ID.

But I can't find out this Apple ID because the iPad is defective.

I suspect an employee who has already left the company used his former email address to create an Apple ID and link the device to it...

Is there a way for Apple to delete this connection or an alternative?

Thanks & cheers,

Dom
