Can't view any Apple tv show using Wind laptop and Chrome browser

I am signed into my apple tv account on my windows laptop and it won't let me watch anything except for trailers and tv show recaps. Why can't I watch anything? I get the following message (like one on the screenshot attached) when I try view any show.

Apple Tv I just bought a new Windows 11 laptop, and downloaded the Apple Tv app. The app launches and I am able to log in and see previews of shows and movies, looks like everything is working fine However when I click on the play button or resume episode button to watch an actual episode nothing happens. I can click on the button all day long but the show is not launched. Is there a security setting that is not allowing the video to launch? Are there any logs I can look at to see what the issue might be?

Apple TV+ not working I've just subscribed to Apple TV+ but every time I try watching something on my Macbook it does not work. Sometimes it only plays the subtitles (but no image or sound), other times the app simply closes after I click on a movie/episode. I can watch content on my Iphone so I can don't think there's a problem with my subscription. I had this problem yesterday so I updated to macOS Sequoia but it's still not working. Any help?

Apple TV in Chrome not working For the past couple of months I was able to watch Apple TV through Chrome web browser. Now I am unable to access my account or watch anything--I click around the landing page and nothing changes. My avatar used to appear in the upper right corner, but now it is gone and when I click on the account icon to try to log in, nothing changes. Coincidentally, this happens a day after I was charged for my first month of paid service after my free 3-month trial. I can still see my account and shows when I open the Apple TV app on my iPhone, so my account is there--but why can I no longer watch on a Chrome web browser?

Try clearing all browsing data on Chrome?
