When recording ‘Line In’ instrument using my Bass Guitar…only 2 of the 4 strings can be heard or picked up when recording….the other 2 strings are faint ….can anyone offer an explanation?…or a fix? Thanks Rob

You might need to try different buttons on your audio interface, possibly an instrument/line level button. Your guitar has a microphone and is not a line level input.
Also, if you are using MacOS 14 (Sonoma), while Logic is running, make sure the mic is set to standard in the control center on the top right of the Finder.
