iPad Air 60hz question.

I do understand the difference between the 60hz and 120hz and how it affects how scrolling and other issues look on the screen.

Does the difference in hz affect viewing movies and videos? Do movies and videos look better on 120hz?

Movies themselves are often shot/recorded at 24fps (frames per second) - or for TV possibly 50/60fps. As such, even if your iPad is capable of 120Hz (frames per second) refresh, you'll not see any difference whatsoever.

While some TV-sets are themselves able to "smooth" video material using high screen refresh rates, they do so by "interpolating" (i.e., creating new "best guess" additional frames). This can lead to unnatural screen motion.
