I have a problem. I’ve got a new iphone 12 and want to transfer all data from my old iphone 11 to the new one. When i tried i’ve got a mesaage that i cannot do this because my new phone don’t have enough space. I don’t think this could be real because it’s new and better than the old one. Please help me what can i do?

The fact the phone is newer has nothing to do with how much memory it can hold. If the old phone has more memory than the new phone, you won't be able to move the data to the new phone.
So, the question we need answered is how much memory is being used on the old phone vs how much memory does the new phone have:
Go go Settings > General > iPhone Storage and see the available space and how much is used on both phones and report back.
