Pictures on smart playlists on TV app for Mac ruin the view

I feel like the only one who has videos on their hard drive anymore so I don't know if anyone else has encountered this. I use smart playlists on TV (v1.4.2.83) to wrangle movies with different directors, actors, etc, and I wanted to add a headline picture for each smart playlist. Doing that, though, made it so the top part of the headers of smart playlists--all of them, not just the ones I added pictures to--were unviewable. The top halves of the pictures are cut off, as is the top of the title.

There doesn't appear to be any way to REMOVE pictures, so this is what my smart playlists look like now, whether I've added pictures or not. What's happening here?
