if my iphone 13 battery is swollen, can i exchange my phone?

my iphone 13 is in good condition; everything is working except the battery is swollen, and it happened suddenly without warning, so my question is can i exchange my iphone with a new one?

No, but you can take the phone in for service and learn about your options, which might include the option to purchase a refurbished phone at a reduced price if damage is really extensive.
