HP Printer AirPrint not working after iOS 17.4.1 update on my iPhone

After upgrading to IOS17 a while back, my HP MFP 425 became intermittent with Air Printing... I just assumed that this old machine was on its last legs and I confirmed that a couple of weeks later when the network card died..

I went out and bought the HP 4001N and set it up on my network,,, works great, When to Air Print and could not find the printer, Contacted HP Support and spent 2 hours trying multiple different thing including setting up the printer with an IP address... When I go to Air Print. says contacting printer and the printer name is there and then ..... unable to contact printer, I have read and tried all the "fixes" shown here and none of them have worked... HP tells me after 2 hours that they are unable to help me further as it is an Air Print problem and to contact Apple...

They tell me that they are having problems with customers across the spectrum of HP Printers both ink jet and laser in regard to the Air Print issues and have only been able to help a few.....

Current printer firmware upgraded, router firmware upgraded, IPhone 14 running IOS 17.41

I am looking for something.... work around or and Apple acknowledgement that there is an issue and they are working on it.... Cannot set the Iphone back to IOS 16 when everything worked..
