No access to Siri while using State Farm Drive Safe and Save

When I get in the car a connection is made between the phone, SF bluetooth device, and my car. What I have found is that it disables Siri and I am unable to use the phone quickly in an emergency. If I could quickly disconnect from the SF beacon and car I could use Siri. I have not found out how to do that. Hands free of course...I don't use my phone while driving. However, it would work if I reset the phones bluetooth and Siri. However, that would have to be done each and every time the car is stopped. This is all so unsafe.

Is there a way to disable the bluetooth on the phone quickly when Siri is unresponsive and you can't just pull over to physically manipulate the phone?

State Farm will only tell you that it's an iPhone problem and to call Apple. Trust me....I've tried many times. It's just not safe to drive without being able to access your phone in an emergency. All you get is the round car icon which I guess means the car is in driving mode. I have to stop and turn the phone bluetooth off and on and then turn the app bluetooth off and on. Then it works until the next time I stop and then I have to do it all over again. Would love to hear more on this issue.
