Problem in WiFi connection
My iPhone 13, some apps, websites, and updated apps don't work on Wi-Fi, but they work on cellular data, what's the solution to my problem.

Well, that could be one of a dozen different problems.
But the most likely, do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.
