How to cancel app subscriptions and get refund from Apple Pay

All you can do is try with the link provided. Cancelling a free trial must be done at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the subscription. As long as your cancellation request was done before that, it should be no problem getting the refund.

• If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

How to request a refund >>

• Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.

• Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

• Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

• Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.

• Wait 24 to 48 hours for an update on your request.
