Dictation doesnt work on my MacBook Air

Last one month , I have tried to use the shortcut Fn-Fn , or even the actual dictate microphone shortcut button in a word document and it wont work. A box appears that there is a problem with dictation feature. I tried all remedies given here to no avail. Would appreciate your help
