NOTIFICATION DELAY ON MY IPHONE X

Each and every notification from my third party application is showing me 59 minutes ago as the time it has appeared when it appears on my notification bar.

When I send a message on instagram it says sent 59 minutes ago.

How can I fix this?

Do you have the time to set Automatically with the correct Time Zone at Settings > General > Date & Time?

Using the wrong Time Zone may be the cause of what you are seeing.
