iphone 15 not working with aux

i have my iphone 12 plugged into my aux and it works i just got the iphone 15 and when i plug it in the aux it does not charge or have any sort of connection to aux. i unplugged my iphone 15 and put the end into my vape and it was charging it. i tried 2 different cords and it did the same thing.

My Iphone 16 pro max is too quiet on aux. Recently got the IPhone 16 PM and noticed it is very quiet compared to my old IPhone 11 P on the same aux cord. Is there any fix to this? I use Spotify if that helps.

Just iPhone 13 max pro not working with aux My daughter has an iPhone 13 max pro that does not work on the aux in her car. Every other iPhone works with the aux except hers. So, therefore it is not the cord or anything else, just her iPhone 13 max pro. Is there a setting or something that needs to be changed for this to work. Any help is appreciated.
