ATT(YAHOO) Email on iPad or Mac Logging in Issue

I am trying to connect ATT email on either my iPad or Mac and I go through the login/ pw screen prompt and two step verification. I can see the login going through on URL, then it switches to logging out and takes me back to the login screen. I changed password, cleared browsing history, tried safari and chrome browses and nothing is working.

iPad Air, iPadOS 16
