Different voicemails?

What does it mean when sometimes I call my gf, it has the usual greeting after ringing so many times that everyone knows about. “You’re call has been forwarded to voicemail” but other times a weird more robotic version happens “your call has been forwarded to voicemail at the time record your message “ is this normal or does this mean someone’s doing something for it to be like that?
