As the title says I would like to know if it’s possible to transfer save data that is linked to an Apple ID transferred to another Apple ID, and if so how many times can this be done?
For example the game whose save data I want to transfer to a different ID is linked to Game Center. Is it possible for me to link it to another ID’s Game Center account and then repeat the process?

In a general context the previous reply is not strictly accurate. You can transfer some data using Apple's various sharing services.
In your situation it depends. If the data for the game scoring is specific to your Apple account then it cannot be transferred to a different account. Some data is instead stored on the developer's servers and ad as long as you can get into the account on the server then it should appear.

Family Sharing will let the other ID download the game at no charge, but if the data are ID specific then it will not transfer the data.
I don't know what you are saving, or to where it is being saved. This is getting to the stage where it requires familiarity with the game itself, and I have no games. If there's a file on your device that stores the data and you can copy that file to another device and open it then conceivably it would transfer the data.
Unfortunately in my case the game is specific to my account. However, is it possible to use family sharing to access the save on another Apple ID and then copy the save? Or could I use a usb stick to transfer the save to another Apple device?
