Mac shuts down at 20%

My MacBook Air 2020 that I bought last year in November keeps randomly shutting down at 20%. I can't turn it back on, unless I plug it in to a power source. Its capacity is at 74% right now, and I'll get it fixed soon. Is this normal? I'd really appreciate your help!

MacBook Pro 2011 13" shutting down unexpectedly My 2011 mbp has run out of battery health and is running off of the charger. Its running pretty slow and after a time of 20 minutes is shutting off without any obvious reasons and then isnt working even while plugged in. I made it work after 4-5 cycles of plugging in and out and then it works but again only for 20 minutes before shutting down again.. so if anyone knows what to do please help me out

That indicates that the battery is already very degraded and needs to be replaced very soon
