2 days ago I converted my physical sim to esim in my iPhone 14 pro max with ios 17.5 from then till now device is not showing network and number of esim. Though I had confirm with network service provider that there is not any problem from their end. I also tried rest of network and rebooting iPhone but then too same problem continues. So please give me solution on this problem ASAP. Thank you

If you are unable make and receive calls with the eSIM, then It appears that the eSIM has not been installed properly. I recommend that you contact the carrier again and have them issue another eSIM (delete the previous eSIM upon your carrier’s direction).
