Apple Watch Ultra and Matrix Exercise equipment not connecting.

Since this past Saturday May 11th before the latest update, I have not been able to connect to matrix exercise equipment. I tried different machines at my local planet fitness with no avail. Even calibrated and change GPS setting. Also done setting changes with auto detect equipment with watch. My friend who has different Apple Watch also had same problem. When we tried to connect it actually goes to credit card payment. Was about to reset my Apple Watch Ultra to factory setting but thought better of it and thought would ask the great minds here on this forum and see if I get any help.
