2024 emails have disappeared from apple mail anyone know how to restore them on my apple phone?

I have lost email since may 11th 2024. The engineer can’t figure what’s wrong. I am looking on average 6-7 years of email. Still apple has not done their job. They are lazy.

I'm missing approx. 10 years of email history, all emails in labelled folders, etc. No idea where it has all gone but want to know how to get them back.

Chatted with support who sent me a form to sign for a $1 charge to get the answer.

I don't feel like paying Google to fix its own problem. It's not the buck but the principal.

All emails from two weeks ago have literally disappeared. From the main server too. Does anyone have an update on what is going on with this?

My emails are still gone. Today something will be announced and everyone we house be on the lookout.
