Apple ID account locked. Can't access recovery email. How do I regain the account?

I have an old Apple account that was created around 15 years ago. I changed to a new MacBook, but can't log in. The account is blocked for some reason. I tried resetting the password, but the recovery email does not match with any of my actual emails.

How can recover my account? Is there a way to physically proof that it belongs to me?

I have all the receipts and account creation confirmation in my private email account.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.5

You will need to start the Account Recovery process, where you have more options than just sending a link to your email. It will take time to verify your identity using this method. You can expect to get a response in 72 hours for when your account can be accessed.
