App tracking

I need apps to be tracked and it says my Apple ID age is not set but it is. My apps were being tracked, but I’m guessing an update messed everything up. How do I fix this?

app tracking setting greyed out because apple id age information is missing My apple id includes my birthday and year (1951) but yet the "tracking" setting for apps is greyed and not accessable because it says, "This setting cannot be changed because your Apple ID is missing age information." App Tracking I'm trying to enable allowing apps to request tracking, but it won't let me saying that "this setting cannot be changed because your apple id does not meet the minimum age requirements" but I'm 18 and I triple checked that my birthday was put in right. I don't understand why I can't change this setting.

Contact Apple directly as they are the only ones that can review your account information.
