what are the network settings on a Mac for a Foxtel router

In System Report>Network, what shows there?

- On your Mac, choose Apple menu
> System Settings, then click Network 
in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) - Click a service on the right, such as Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
- If you don’t see the service you expect, see Set up a network service.
- Click Details, change the settings as needed, then click OK.
Thanks BDAqua, I did all this by myself, had 5 hours with Apple telephone support, travelling 150kms for genius bar appointment with 27" iMac but still not connecting.

Thanks so much for answering I think this is an issue from Foxtel router end but no-one seems to understand this.
Pretty sure I did the right thing and set up the numbers on the DNS tab but still no go. Even took iMac into another room which has an ethernet cable connected to a TV but the computer still would not recognise the ethernet connection.
