Just a question, I have two different MacBooks
1 I use while traveling and another one that I use in my studio.
They are using the same Apple ID
do I need to buy two separate Logic Pro from the App Store or just 1 is enough?

you should be able to redownload it off of the App Store, search Logic Pro and there should be a cloud with an arrow pointing down and start the download
No you do not as long as the same Apple ID is used on both computers.
I have a standalone mac M2 mini in my studio and a Macbook pro Intel laptop and both are running Logic with the same Apple ID. It works like a dream. No problems here.
