Headphones show different warranty date
We bought headphones yesterday, after activation it says that the warranty expires in 5 months, although it should be 12. They also don’t get through the serial number on the website. What it is?
Have you bought them in an Apple Store or at an authorized reseller? Go back to the store to ask support.
If you have bought them online or from a non authorized reseller it could be that they're fakes I am afraid
