when I’m sharing my screen on instagram or meet …etc(from iphone 11). my friends hear my voice but not my streaming audio . I m facing this problem from some days plzz suggests me some methods to fix this 🥺

We are just end users here. Streaming audio may not carry over if it is copyrighted and limited to only your license to listen to. The iPhone 11 does not have an audio jack, making any loop back even more impractical. Unless it is your own composed music, we can't advise you on how to make the stream work as the copyright laws make doing so illegal.
No but this problem is happening with my personal photos and videos also.
