I can’t share my calendar with my daughter (it used to work). I’ve tried both her emails. She receives the invite, accepts it, I receive the notification that it’s shared with her but it does not appear in her calendars. I have a green tick in mine to show it’s shared. I’ve uninvited her and tried again numerous times but no luck.

I was hoping that the calendar had been loaded but not displayed. So much for that.
Have her turn off “iCloud Calendar” in Settings > [her name] > iCloud > Show All, reboot the iPhone and turn it on again. If the calendar is still not showing, send her a new invite.
Otherwise, try to share the calendar as read-only: Share iCloud calendars on iPhone - Apple Support.

I'm not sure how shared calendars work. In the Calendar app, have her tap "Calendars" (bottom of the screen). If the shared calendar is in the list, have her select it by tapping the "circle" icon.
That’s the issue - it doesn’t appear there despite her accepting it and me having the green tick to say she is part of the shared calendar. I share several calendars with my husband and son and no issues, just her
