MacBook Air 2020 9,1 I am profoundly disgusted with the very fact that it seems all MBAs after 2017 have a serious problem with the camera quality. I have the MBA 2020 and let me tell you all that if you want to buy a laptop, do not buy MacBooks Air if you worry about your camera quality in today's virtual world. The camera is insanely grainy even in good lighting. It is embarrassing to have to pay so much money for this laptop to end up with a camera that seems from the early 2000s. To have this issue from Apple is almost unprofessional. Is there any possible way to fix this? Other than reseting the SMC?

For hardware issues take it in—

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
