Music doesn't work on Instagram. iOS updated. cleared cache. I reinstalled the program. phone restarted. I tried changing account types - nothing helps. all hope is on you! thank you in advance?

Can’t download songs on Apple Music Hello been having a problem lately: songs aren’t downloading on Apple Music. Every time I press download button, the downloading circle isn’t even moving and songs are stuck in “Downloading”. Tried disabling iCloud music and enabling again, didn’t help. Restarted my phone several times, didn’t help either. I guess it started right after latest update (iOS 17.4). What can I do?
