"unable to access your data, please check your network" from securus

i've never had this type of problem with securus. its usually the basic "technical issues" but this morning i went to text my LO but it says i have no network in order to connect, which i find weird because my network is the best it has been in months. ive tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, ive tried switching between wifi and data, i tried on my other phone and its the same problem. i even tried going through the online version but its telling me that the login page wasnt found. i tried getting ahold of support several times but the call keeps going to "call busy" i dont know if anyone else is having this problem with securus recently or if they have dealt with this before but is there anything else i could do to get it back working again? ive tried emailing support but that usually takes days, maybe even weeks to get a response.

I figured out how to open the app, if you guys are still having problems this is what I did. I opened. ( because even the code they sent me still said my username or password was incorrect.) so I logged in online with the code and it let me.(not on the app.) when I was in there, I was able to change my password. And read all the emails that I couldn’t get into. Then when I went back to the app and use my new password, it worked. I hope this helps anybody that has still not been able to get into the app. Have a great day I know I will now.

i’m also experiencing this rn and have had it happen before usually it resolved in a couple hours but it’s been longer on this one i tried the same thing wifi data my other phone the wifi at work i think securus is just down rn i’d assume if ur LO calls off a tablet it will not work until they resolve it but eventually it will just go back to normal which is what happened the 3/4 times this has happened to me

Not even sure if the will be back up they are over 1 billion dollars in debt . My husband in TDC (Texas) he said last week they came through scanning their tablets saying they were changing to another company. Here the article - how they in that much debt and be robbing us with a stamp per pic! Securus broke…😂😂😂

So I just called the place my man’s in he’s in CFRC in Florida and they said that the app is still down but the inmates can still make calls. That they finally got people in there now trying to get this up and going. Let’s see if it’s yet another day that use people who love these men and woman on the outside get to contact our loved ones inside do t look like it’s happening today! Idk we will see I’m praying I get to talk to my

man soon I miss him and his face! Please fix this issues ASAP!!!!

I'm having the same issue as well. It was down all day. Thanks to this forum I found out I wasn't alone. I got in at about 640pm on the east coast in New England. Was able to text with my LO and let him know what was going on. Then... I accidentally hit the back button out to the Securus main menu. It still lets me open the app. I just won't let me login again saying that my user information can't be found. I'm sickkkkk smh

After not being able to login to Securus from my phone or computer I started querying about Securus and found they are in bankruptcy with a timeline to pay back some $900,000. I am wondering if they haven’t made any payments and are shut down over it. Too bad DOC is not on top of this situation since to some this is only way of communicating with LO. You would think they would have something on their site or FB page giving some information about this. At this point we don’t know if this is just a one day problem or if it’s totally shut down.
