"unable to access your data, please check your network" from securus

i've never had this type of problem with securus. its usually the basic "technical issues" but this morning i went to text my LO but it says i have no network in order to connect, which i find weird because my network is the best it has been in months. ive tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, ive tried switching between wifi and data, i tried on my other phone and its the same problem. i even tried going through the online version but its telling me that the login page wasnt found. i tried getting ahold of support several times but the call keeps going to "call busy" i dont know if anyone else is having this problem with securus recently or if they have dealt with this before but is there anything else i could do to get it back working again? ive tried emailing support but that usually takes days, maybe even weeks to get a response.

I figured out how to open the app, if you guys are still having problems this is what I did. I opened. The app tried to sign in and of course it wouldn’t let me so I chose the option for forgot password when I got the code in my email. I went Online to securesttech.net. ( because even the code they sent me still said my username or password was incorrect.) so I logged in online with the code and it let me.(not on the app.) when I was in there, I was able to change my password. And read all the emails that I couldn’t get into. Then when I went back to the app and use my new password, it worked. I hope this helps anybody that has still not been able to get into the app. Have a great day I know I will now.

Having the same issue- it seems to be an intermittent, chronic issue. I received a message from someone who is locked up (Arizona) as I was on my phone, went to open the app and got the same issues. Someone said the app is down but I'm curious if it's maybe cell provider/state/apple specific? I'm not sure if Securus is only for certain states but I have T-Mobile, iPhone 15 pro max and am using it from AZ. What does everyone else have/use it on?

I was on the phone pretty much all day just fine. It wasn’t until I needed to add funds that the app wasn’t working or the site and I was on the phone with customer service for 47 minutes just to tell me they couldn’t take any payments over the phone either, and the automated system is down, however I’ve been trying literally nonstop for the last two hours and I was able to get the automated system to work so that I could put funds on my LO account it charged me so let’s just hope it actually worked. Hope this helps

I’ve been ill about it since I woke up ready to reply to a message so I snapped on them. Baby sent me a message and I can’t respond to him. I talked to them this morning when I could not write him back. She said give it a couple of hours a couple have turned into almost a day. I know he is about to lose his mind I hope they told them what’s going on in the prison so it can keep them calm. Cause I know if someone was on the edge they probably tipped over today. Then the funny part is they blocked where you cant call any of the numbers after I had to go on ****** consumer.com to get to an actual person and boy was I ******. Glad I snapped on them this morning I wouldn’t have had the chance later. But I don’t think I’m more ****** than my man is probably right now. 🥴
