How can I authorize my MacBook Air for iTunes?

Every time I try iTunes on my Mac air keeps telling me your computer is not authorized.

Have you used the instructions under How to authorize or deauthorize your Mac in the support page Authorize or deauthorize your computer for Apple ID purchases - Apple Support


The example shown in the graphic is for the more modern Music application, which you should have on your Mac OS 14 Sonoma system, not iTunes.
