My iphone 8 bottom microphone is not working

Hello!

My Iphone 8's bottom microphone isn't working.

I tried sending Whatsapp audios and talking on Zoom meetings and the audio comes out like white noise. The camera microphones work right, it's only the bottom one. I already cleaned it but it isn't working.
