THE PAGE DOES HAVE A LIST OF PURCHASES AND A SEARCH WINDOW WITH A PULL DOWN - NONE OF THESE MATCH THE "CHECK STATUS" TOPIC.
SENDING ME TO A BLANK PAGE THAT DOESN'T ANSWER MY QUESTIONS SEEMS TO BE THE NEW APPLE SUPPORT.
