How do I check the status of a refund?

AN EMAIL FROM APPLE INSTRUCTS TO GO TO THIS PAGE - https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ - AND THEN CLICK THE LINK FOR "CHECK STATUS OF CLAIM" HOWEVER, THERE IS NO SUCH LINK AVAILABLE ON THAT PAGE.


THE PAGE DOES HAVE A LIST OF PURCHASES AND A SEARCH WINDOW WITH A PULL DOWN - NONE OF THESE MATCH THE "CHECK STATUS" TOPIC.


SENDING ME TO A BLANK PAGE THAT DOESN'T ANSWER MY QUESTIONS SEEMS TO BE THE NEW APPLE SUPPORT.

Choose Check Status of Claims. If you don't see Check Status of Claims, you don't have any pending refund requests.

Also, please don't type all in captials. In addition to being harder to read than normal sentence case, it's considered to be shouting and therefore rude. I'm sure you didn't mean to be rude.
