Stuck in Apple ID sign in, new MacBook Air M3

I’m setting-up my new MacBook Air M3, but I can’t get past Apple ID sign in.

-first I tried encoding my Apple ID but tab, space bar or any keys can’t be pressed

-then, I forced restart it

-then tried to press “set up later” but it gets stuck in “Create new Apple ID”

-tried force restart but it’s just the same

What do I do?

Can't log into Apple ID on Intel MacBook after transfer I recently transfered my M1 MacBook Pro to an Intel MacBook Pro. Everything works as expected. The only issue that I have is I can't log into my Apple ID on the Intel MacBook. When I try to do it, it asks me for a confirmation code on other devices but then nothing happens, I am just turned back to log in screen. It then continue to show as being logged in if I look into my Apple account on other devices, but not on the Intel MacBook. So far I tried: multiple restars log in while in safe mode create a different administrator account on the same MacBook and log in there with the same Apple ID -- it works log out of the M1 MacBook Pro and log into the new one removing keychain files reinstall OS I'm running out of options. This is clearly a bug. Anyone has any insights into how to solve it? MacOS Version: Ventura 13.4.1 (22F82) Thanks!

MacBook Air Apple ID issues and more Earlier this week, my MacBook Air (2015 model, refurbished, purchased on Teacher Prime day on Amazon) had an update downloaded and just needed a restart to install. I did this at work (I’m a substitute teacher) and partway through the process everything just stopped. Waited a while before restarting, and once it restarted, it refused to accept my regular login to get into the laptop itself. After several attempts to correct this issue (using all the tips on here), I gave up and erased the disk and reinstalled OS X Yosemite, which was the default system available. Now, I can’t get into any of the websites I usually use because they won’t load properly, and of course the most recent system software won’t work on this model, so I was trying to get the newest one I could to install, but the thing won’t accept my Apple ID’s password. I have changed it several times, even reset it to a different email address, but it will not accept the password no matter what. So now I can’t install Word (which is mostly what I use this for, and I can’t access any of my writing until I do so) because Yosemite isn’t compatible with it. when I do try to login, I get notifications on my iPad and iPhone and I tell it to allow the login, but then I get the six digit code in the device but the MacBook Air doesn’t pop up a screen to enter the code… Any ideas? This is driving me mad.

Macbook Won't Let Me Log In with Apple ID I have a Macbook Air, and, following an update several months ago to Monterey, my computer will no longer allow me to sign in with my Apple ID in Settings so I can't access iMessage, FaceTime, etc. I tried to resolve the issue, but I got frustrated and other things took priority. Here are all the things have tried/confirmed: -It's not an issue with my Apple ID/Password. I'm able to login with no issue on all other devices, iCloud, etc. -I still can't log in when using Safe Mode. -The computer has been restarted numerous times. -I've changed my password, and it didn't help. -I set up another administrator account on my computer. I WAS able to successfully login with my Apple ID on that account. I'm not sure what it means that it's just the main administrator account that won't let me log in. How can I resolved this? Alternatively, would it just be easier to transfer all my information/preferences/etc. to a new administrator account?

Skip the apple sign in part for now by pressing set up later. Then, complete the setup and login later from system stettings. This tends to solve these kinds of things

Set up later can’t be clicked. It’s stuck in “create Apple ID”.
