FaceID don’t recognize me after surgery and it’s impossible to reset despite having all my passwords

Hi there🙂

I don’t know what to do, despite having my IPhone password and my ICloud password, I cannot reset my FaceID.

I was resolved to reset my whole IPhone, but I can’t even do that, as after filled both my Iphone and ICloud passwords it keeps asking me to FaceID..

Someone told me that in a know location it would work but despite being now at home and connected to my usual WiFi nothing change..

What can I do?

It’s been a week I have to write my very long Iphone password to unlock it, as I cannot even change it, again without Face ID..
