Turning off restrictions

Restrictions have stopped me from using YouTube and other apps. Tried to protect my grandchildren and totally screwed up. Help

I can't change my restrictions settings My mom put restrictions on my phone that made like half of my apps disappear (Discord, YouTube, COD Mobile/Warzone, etc). I told her about this and she said I could change them back if I need to to make my apps work. I tried changing them back but the restrictions don't change. I even changed the passcode and tried again but it still doesn't change. I tried changing them through my mom's account but it still doesn't change. How do I turn off restrictions?

I have restrictions on and none of my family knows the password and I need to know it because I can’t get on any of my apps. After I got the 17 iOS update my apps says that I have restrictions enabled and that it is not letting me get onto instagram, YouTube, roblox, etc. None of my family knows the password to the restrictions because no one purposely set it up.

Parental controls are blocking me, the parent, from apps/sites Set up age restrictions through family parental controls, and now it’s blocking me from the apps and sites I’ve restricted my children from.

You can turn off Screen Time by going to Settings > Screen Time, and scroll to the bottom to Turn Off Screen Time.
