I can't change my restrictions settings

My mom put restrictions on my phone that made like half of my apps disappear (Discord, YouTube, COD Mobile/Warzone, etc). I told her about this and she said I could change them back if I need to to make my apps work. I tried changing them back but the restrictions don't change. I even changed the passcode and tried again but it still doesn't change. I tried changing them through my mom's account but it still doesn't change. How do I turn off restrictions?
