x.com not affected by screen time limits

For a few days now I have been able to bypass Twitter/X screen time limits by going on the safari website x.com. Even when the allowance for Twitter has been used, i’m able to keep browsing x.com. The X app has a passcode protected screen time hard limit that does not affect x.com Screenshot of how they appear on screentime for reference. bug still present on ios 17.5.1

How can I turn off “Request More Time” in Screen Time? I am trying to figure out how to disable the "request more time" function on screen time. This is important for compulsive phone users who use Screentime to block internet, for example, at night. I set this up initially, and things were fine. Screentime effectively blocked internet use once the downtime hour arrived. But now, a "request 15 more minutes" window pops up which can be used over and again, effectively rendering Downtime useless. Screen time limits are horribly broken and Apple refuses to acknowledge. Apple’s screen time limits never work. Never have worked. I’ve followed every suggestion given for resetting things given on this forum. I literally have an alarm set on my phone to manually reset app limits daily. I absolutely love every Apple product I own but screen time and parental controls are an embarrassment for you. Please just acknowledge the ongoing bugs and tell us honestly if there is any hope of a fix.
