ANC on AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C) is so much worse!

Last week I decided to upgrade from the AirPods Pro to the AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C)

Immediately when I walked out of the Apple Store and tried them on I felt the noise cancelling quality was so much worse than my previous model.

The firmware is up-to-date, all the settings are correct and the fit is good as well but I can hear almost every sound nearby.

I have seen dozens of other people complaining online with the same problem so it seems like a product issue.

Is Apple aware of this and are you guys planning on fixing it?
