Iphone 12 Pro Max Antenna Issues

I have an Apple iPhone-12 Pro Max 3 years old Will not connect to cellular service. When I took it in for repair I was told that the antenna was broken & it would have to be sent away for repair, leaving me without a phone for a unspecified period and that Apple would not warranty it even though the Antennas breaking have been an Apple Issue for a long time I now have to buy a new phone

iPhone 12 Pro Max antenna issue Apple Store ran diagnostic and found the antenna is not working and hence no cellular service. Phone is only 3 years old. Electronic chip should have more lifetime than this. Is Apple considering recall to fix this, looks like it happened to a lot of people. At least escalate to issue to have internal discussion and not call it user error. Really disappointed!

iPhone 12 Pro Max Antenna I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max it’s about 1 year old and it’s in awesome condition never been dropped never broken. Anyway just a day ago I ran into an issue with it not connecting to cellular data. I reset the network settings I tried another SIM card even one from another provider than mine. My phone from apple directly just keeps saying no service it’s almost like there aren’t antennas on this iPhone anymore. I can use WiFi to text or call other iPhone users but the phone will drop the call either way. If anyone else is having an issue like this please let me know. I ordered a new phone since this still has a warranty. It’s 11 months old.
