Finding the legal entity name or Seller for an App that is no longer on the App Store

Try using your favorite search engine and type in the app name.

The app should have contact details inside the app itself. If it doesn't, then it's pretty much a moot point. You're not getting any information.

In theory. But if the app has been taken down, you probably aren't going to get any response one way or another.

Delete the app and find an alternative.

You’ll need to discuss this with the folks that work for Apple, if Apple is willing to discuss it, and if Internet Archive and other research resources and search engines don’t provide any clues.
