I lost invoice of Macbook Pro 2017 to claim keyboard issue On November 12, 2018, I purchased a MacBook Pro 2017 model. Recently, the keyboard stopped working and I discovered that Apple has a warranty for keyboard replacement (butterfly keyboard). However, when I contacted Apple customer service, they requested an invoice which I do not have as I purchased the laptop from an offline third-party store.
