I am not able to add my card to Apple Pay despite of having UK as region.

I have my Lloyds account and Starling account. Which both belongs to UK. And my region in phone is UK too. But when I add card to my Apple wallet it says please change your region. I use iPhone 14 Pro.


I use to use Apple Pay but I changed my card because of some reason and now I can’t.

Are you adding your card to your Apple ID Account or to Apple Wallet app? What country or region is your Apple ID set for? Are you using a VPN? VPN’s are a known issue for banks when they try to verify and approve your payment method.
