Apple Music not working on Windows 10

I opened iTunes and it only showed Podcasts and audio Books in the menu. I called Apple and was told iTunes is being phased out so I needed to add the Apple Music app to my Windows 10 laptop. I installed Apple Music. I logged in and tried finding and playing music. It would not play the song, or on Albums it would run thru the list then stop without playing. Sometimes it would tell me I wasn’t signed in, but the lower right profile indicated I was logged in. It told me my tune wasn’t downloaded on me device I had an iTunes library folder over 56 GB. (However when I just checked it there are several new empty folders labeled “Automatically add to Apple Music and my iTunes library is essentially missing.) If it said my device wasn’t authorized I authorized it. Sometimes I’d get an error message that the tune wasn’t available to family share (I created the family). It did the same if I was in Browse or My Library. I then spent 4 hours with Apple Support clearing caches, various services from task manager, doing changes with MSConfig, restarting my laptop, adding a Test Account to install Apple Music, Apple TV and Apple Devices then going through all the steps again and no fix. Finally he copied my System Information, several Apple Music files and sent them to other technicians to be studied. Anybody else experienced this and did it by chance get fixed?
