Sharing videos on iMessage

Why is iMessage saying the video clip is too long to send when I just sent it successfully to someone else?

The brief video is just 2 min 10 seconds long and was taken with my iPad. I fcan't send it on the iPad either or iPhone XS Max.

I sent it along with two other videos, using iMessage to another person without any problems! It was just a short while before trying to send it this time.

Cannot delete video that is too large to send via text I added a video to a text, tried to send it and somehow managed to have the "edit video" disappear before I could edit it. Now it won't send the video (says I have to have iMessage enable to send this message). iMessage is enabled, but it won't send and there's no way to remove it from the text. The only way I can send a text is to send a picture with text below it. Then I'm left with my too long video in the thread. I have turned my phone off, but it didn't change anything. Videos not sending on iMessage When trying to send a 11mb video, the blue bar gets very near the end and then fails to send. I have updated my phone, turned iMessage on/off and also closed and restarted. Is there anyone else who has seen this and has managed to fix?
