How can I send a one minute video on my iPhone?

You'll need to check your video's file size and ask your cell carrier what their size limit is for SMS/MMS messages. The maximum size for a text message that I've seen allowed is around 3MB, and a one-minute video can easily far exceed that unless you use a very low resolution. You may need to send the video via email, or even use Apple's Mail Drop feature if the video is larger than about 15 MB (which is the maximum size for many email services) as it probably will be:

Or use another service such as Dropbox, if you have such an account.

Text messages by definition only send text.

to send a video over a message, if you are sending the video to people with Android devices you would use MMS, or Multimedia Messaging Service from your carrier, if sending to an iPhone, then iMessage can send the video directly.

Basically all you would need to do is attach the video to a message and the rest is done by the phone (iMessage) and / or carrier (MMS).

Open the Messages app, tap on the contact you want to send the video to, then on the (+) icon there and then on Photos, and then select there video from your Library. If it can be sent to that contact in any way, it should be sent.

You can depending on file size, send it in an email, or as a iMessage, you could upload it to a cloud service and and then share it from there, you could airDrop it if you want to send it to a Mac, iPad or other nearby iPhone.

The answer will depend on the destination of the video really.

Send it how? Text? E-mail? Some other method? And how big is the video? Depending on the format, it may be too large for the method you hope to use. We really need full details before we can offer any suggestions.
